3. Heavy / Large Quantity Orders
Bulk orders or heavy item orders may require special shipping charges or logistics arrangement. We will inform you in case special handling is required.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If courier attempts delivery 2–3 times and fails, the package will be returned back to us.
