Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Due to the nature of food items / consumables, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

Product Condition: Returned product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
